- Explain the ADDIE model of instructional design.
- Analyze your audience using a variety of methods such as interviews and surveys.
- Design learner-centered training that includes interactivity features available in Zoom.
- Demonstrate effective facilitation skills.
- Develop slides and visual aids that add to understanding without overwhelming participants.
- Deliver training via Zoom using an experiential, highly interactive style that includes good presentation skills for the virtual environment.
