He specializes in the development of new managers, focusing on their successful transition to their new role and on their team management skills. He has a high-energy and engaging facilitation style.
Eric is a passionate, lifelong learner. He is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer pursuing the rating of IDC Staff Instructor. When not designing or delivering training, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and twin 15-year-old daughters.

When not working, Jessica cherishes time with her family through activities like board games and pizza nights, holiday decorating and baking, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Michelle King is an accomplished Learning & Development leader with over 15 years of experience enhancing organizational performance and fostering inclusive cultures. Currently pursuing her EdD in Leadership and Innovation, she holds an MEd in Learning Technologies & Design, and a BA in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University.
Michelle combines her deep academic expertise with practical experience. She excels in strategic planning, instructional design, and talent development, with a strong focus on leadership training, emotional intelligence, and DEIB initiatives. As a certified coach and mindfulness practitioner, Michelle brings a holistic approach to creating impactful learning experiences. Her innovative strategies drive employee engagement, accelerate career advancement, and improve organizational effectiveness. Passionate about leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies, she empowers individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential.
