Our Story

Our CEO, Eric Girard, was once a new, poorly prepared manager. He was promoted to lead his former teammates and he did everything wrong.

He vowed to work to overcome his deficiencies and help ensure those who came after him didn’t repeat his mistakes. His mission is to help new managers not just survive, but thrive in their new role.
